FYI: Murray Kia is being sold to new owners 4/25. Last day dealership is Murray kia is 4/23. I was told today that my vehicle came in, and if I dont pickup by 4/23 than new ownership would charge me $10,000 over MSRP.

100% serious. I dont know what this means for people who have not gotten their orders in prior to this change. You've got to be kidding me.
Who exactly told you this? Do you have a name? I just called them and spoke to the receptionist. She’s said 100 percent not true.FYI: Murray Kia is being sold to new owners 4/25. I was hoping he wasnt your source. Ill take his word over receptionist. Are you picking up today then? Can you post new info since you seem to be in on the loop? Like who’s the new owner and what notRoger O'Kane told me today
Oh that's proper bs. My ride was supposed to come in mid May... Been waiting since October and if this is really true that's messed up.FYI: Murray Kia is being sold to new owners 4/25. I will be livid. I don't have anything in writing saying the sale was to be MSRP and I never even got any kind of receipt for my deposit.. I'd be prepared to pursue a lawsuit at that point. I've already sold my car because my ETA was 4/19 until 4/19 when it changed to 4/24. If they didn't at the very least refund deposits, that could be grounds for a class action lawsuit. I'm sure there at least 50 of us who have orders that were promised to be at MSRP.FYI: Murray Kia is being sold to new owners 4/25. Last day dealership is Murray kia is 4/23. I wish I had time to do that, the reality of it is, I'd just issue a charge back if able and go pick up an mdx or somethingSomeone blow this up on social media and send it to every news crew in Philly
We lose 500 if we walk away. It was a non refundable deposit. Now it’s a lose less by walking away or lose by paying for the car we waited for half a year forI wish I had time to do that, the reality of it is, I'd just issue a charge back if able and go pick up an mdx or something
Yeah, that's why I'd issue a charge back if chase would allow me. I agree it's a lose lose but I'd rather take a 500 hit than 10k. I just shot Roger an email for clarification so we'll see what he saysWe lose 500 if we walk away. It was a non refundable deposit. Can you get a charge back for a charge over 6 months ago? Maybe you’ve recently placed a deposit with Murray?Yeah, that's why I'd issue a charge back if chase would allow me.
