• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... There’s videos on YouTube that will show you how to swap badges

The videos on YouTube (that I can find) don't show how to do it for the NF which has a different grill and badge setup than the other Tellurides. Anyone have a video of the badge swap for the NF?

Thanks.

Just because the NF has a different looking badge, Doesn't mean it is held on differently. And if you do remove them there are people on the forum that will buy them from you.

It's a different setup. On the other Tellurides, the front badge sits in a plastic holder and the holder mounts into the grill. On the NF. the badge mounts directly into the grill. The videos I've looked at show how to remove the holder from the grill and then remove the badge from the holder.

Interesting. @StephenCantrelle do you know if the badges are interchangeable? Since the grill is different - I could see how there might be an issue on the front badge. The rear badge I would assume is the same.

Combining a thread here from @22233kk in the search for Nightfall badges.
Ok, so there are a few NF parts on eBay which list their corresponding part numbers. When searching one of them, the SX emblem for example, on KiaParts.com it shows a result but has no picture. It is also close in numbering to the non-NF SX emblem (S9030 vs S9060).
So, with that same logic I found the non-NF Kia badge part, did some trial and error on searching part numbers and came across “Logo Assembly Kia Sub” part #86353-3W600, which has no image (like the other NF part), but is similar in number to the non-NF Kia badge (86353-3W500) which also happens to go by the alternate name of “Logo Assembly Kia Sub”.

Could 86353-3W600 be the elusive Kia NF badge?
My logic could be all wrong here, but figured I’d take a stab at it. Thoughts?
Ok, there’s a dealer on Facebook who did the Nightfall badge swap and posted parts. He confirmed one of the part numbers I had guessed earlier and listed the other as well. Not exactly sure which is front and which is rear (taking a guess in my screenshots).
Anybody interested in trying?

Edit: just realized I’m flipping between NE and NF to abbreviate Nightfall Edition. Sorry for the confusion! 😅

Just curious if you ended up swapping your NF badges and if so how did you do it? I bought them also and my husband can’t figure out how to change them!
There’s some YouTube videos that show a couple different ways. The front one pops right off if you use a screwdriver. Back one is a bit more tedious

Have you had any luck finding good instructions on how to do the front yet?

I want to get the badges, but @Peezie says you have to break the clips on the front one, so I was hoping a more updated method was found as I really don't want to do that (I understand you can reuse them still even broken)

Here is his Thread: Kia Rebadge Nightfall Edition

And a post: Canadian 2021 Telluride

Unfortunately, no. I've decided to sit tight and let others screw around with theirs first. I really don't want to screw mine up.

Thanks for the link.

So if you are capable to remove some of the trim inside the hood and part of the fender you will be able to unclip the badge. It was more than I was willing to do so I didnt do it and rather break the badge clips. My OEM Badge is in mint condition other than the broken clips. Once i place double sided tape on the OEM and place it back on you would not know it was ever broken. I wanted mine to be really different right away so I went for it. :)

Pretty sure @Fiatjeepdriver changed the NF badges too. Was the front badge as challenging as others are saying?

I had only watched a tutorial for the rear which came off easy. When I got to the front I ended up using a screwdriver until a clip snapped. Might not have been the best way but it didn't take too long, after I gave up with the fishing line.

He's the answer to the 2021 NF front emblem - I just changed my today. Possibly the same for all 2021 Telluride's. Someone will need to look at a non-NF trim to confirm.

The front emblem for the 2021 NF now only clicks into 4 slots directly onto the grill. There is no more secondary plate to remove. Here's the catch, because you can't get your hand around the backside of the grill, the 4 clips will break off when you pry the original emblem off. However, if you ever want to put the original Kia emblem back on, simply apply 3M double tape.

Even though I slightly damaged the bottom of the emblem holder, that's why I started at the bottom, I think it's worth breaking the clips. My new carbon fiber emblems (front and back) look great.

Below are pics at each step of the front emblem replacement plus a pic of the new rear emblem.

VERY NICE! Thanks KML. Just what I was looking for. It does look excellent (you used the same replacement badges I bought and am going to use).

Now I just have to get my driver-side, rear-view mirror camera fixed (it now shows what looks like skinny, little, black radar lines emanating out from it whenever I use the "birds eye" view).

Thanks @KML

Bahhhhh..... so tempting... I guess I will go through with it.

Not sure if I want the carbon look or the Black on Black (Black Copper vehicle)

I was set on the Black on Black, but my back plate cover is black carbon.

And the Carbon one does have a little more definition.

[Edit] You guys are a bad influence :(
Ordered to Canada, damn shipping cost sucks)
Got the Black Carbon one.
