Order to delivery time

There’s 480 pages of that to read, and whatever your dealer says is probably close since they know their circumstances. Probably about 4 months though

From what I have read, it can vary greatly. My order was accepted into KFOS on 12/1. My ETA is 2/18. I haven’t seen it in failcat yet. Also, I’m in Memphis, so transit time is super short for me.

We ordered ours from Cavenaugh Kia in Jonesboro,AR. Ordered 10/11/21, KFOS accepted 1/13/22! Thanks for the info!

@StephenCantrelle Are you aware of any backlog/hold ups due to a specific option or combo of options? I have been 5th in line for allocation since November 1, 2021 and as of January 17, 2022 I'm still 5th in line... Curious if you or anyone else might have more insight they can share.

I can guarantee you it will be 2023 model.

Considering I placed my order about 2+ months ago and based on my waitlist number mine at best will be sent to the system in 5-6 months - those are best estimates if they fulfill their max orders from that dealership - then probably what another 2 months to get shipped to your door. Realistically speaking my process will take 8-10 months at best.

If you placed your order now you probably will see it in September at best estimate and it would be 2023 model.

Well that’s a bummer!!! Have you found yours on failcat yet? I’m holding out hope mine still makes it here in February. I was originally estimated “around Christmas” delivery when we ordered in October.

Not on failcat, and the 1-9 date was from Kia about a month prior, not an estimate at the time of order. They’ve lost the couple weeks around Christmas I assume when they shut down for about 12 days. Failcat shows no Vins during that time period. Also my dealer has heard nothing new from Kia since they gave the Jan 9 delivery date.

I think I read they always shut down the end of the year, so I had hoped my eta of 2/18 given when my order was picked up in KFOS (12/1) would still be accurate. I’m going to hold on to hope. 😂 Hope yours shows up soon!
 
8 vins today what are they closed on Martin Luther King Day too? Seriously.

Just got word from my dealer that my Telly has shipped. ETA Feb 4. Cant wait. Ordered mid August from Turner Kia in Harrisburg, PA. About what we expected. A little less than 6 months.

We just placed an order with Keffer Kia 3 days ago. I wish we had went somewhere else. Before coming in I called to see what their markup was over MSRP. I was first told 7k over, but their lead time seemed the "fastest" at 30-90 days. When we went in we were told the markup "changed" to almost 10k over... This was just one red flag. I am hoping the rest of the process is a smooth one. *fingers crossed* 😒 So, NO, Keffer is not taking orders at MSRP!
