My system shows once the order has been filled(allocated to the dealer).. so at the moment it is still in the early stages waiting to get filled(assigned) to your store.

Texas Telly ETA that he was told was 12-29,so just 5 days after what you told me for my ETA.
Do you happen to remember when you looked mine up,if it is also in the early stages waiting to get filled,like his?
No VIN,makes me wonder if it is in the same stage

Hey @StephenCantrelle - Thanks so much for taking the time to look these up for us. I ordered an Everlasting Silver S from Kia of Greer (SC020) on 11/1/19. Dealer told me this week it will get delivered mid - end of December. I haven't been provided a VIN yet, but I'm also located <4 hours from where it's being built so I think it will be delivered quickly once available.

I see 3 S model FWD coming to them. All are White with Gray interior..

No if you have ETA it has been allocated and is 100% in line to be built and sent to your store

Did you see on the other thread your vin got assigned and is on the list! I looked it up as well and ETA is now the 23rd

I see your TRIDE! Floor mats, Cargo Tray, Tow Package and wheel locks. internal number is 000742449.. current ETA is 01-28 so they are doing the right thing giving a little cushion saying Feb... she is on its way!

Thanks for checking, but it's strange because i didn't order floor mats, cargo tray or wheel locks. Dealer did order the floor mats, but I asked for it to be removed because I plan to use all weather mats. Hope it's mine though!!

If dealer isn’t use to ordering they could have left window open(as far as what item to put on Telluride) then additional items can be added-Small factory adds. I would double check with dealer.

I understand a lot of people have placed orders only to have the dealer ghost after the fact and does not communicate..

Here I come in to help this community.
I have access to all stores and thier inventory.

* I have been asked if I can tell if an order was placed. I can see once an order has been filled and is given an internal number and a ETA. Unfortunately can not tell if dealer put in order only can see when the car is roughly 2-3 months out and can update as car gets built and when is in route to dealer. *

Need me to follow up on your placed order or confirm what a dealer is saying simple provide me the following and I will help you ASAP.

Dealer Code-Or name of dealer if you do not have it.

Trim level and package you ordered.

Color combination you ordered.

If curious I’m in Carrollton TX and yes I can place orders as well at MSRP(no Dealer adds or markup)

Is it HW kia of West County? Baldwin MO? Otherwise I need a dealer code because I’m not even finding the store

Checking with the dealer, but communication has be non-existent for the past month or so. Not confidence inspiring that they would order the extra accessories, but at this point it's more important to confirm it's MINE!!

Confirm it’s yours. Don’t make anything of it. When you go in to pick it up just show them the paper that you didn’t order that and to have that reduced from the sales price.
