Satellite radio problems

I have a 2024 Kia Telluride and the Satellite Radio ( Sirius) stopped working after a visit to dealer performing a software upgrade. We were told that was not the problem. Its been back to the dealer 5 times and currently has been at dealer for going on 6 weeks without a solution being diagnosed. Antennae , Cables , etc replaced - no luck. Anyone have this problem?

Had the service go out on my 14 GT500, ( lifetime subscription ), for no reason they would or could tell me !!

I also have a 2024 Telluride and the radio worked fine up until a software update for the brake system was Done. New antenna installed and new wiring to the head unit. Car was in and out of the shop for a month. I got the car back in Jan and the Sirius worked fine until last week and now I get weak signal with audio dropping out and sometimes no signal at all. I believe it’s worse now that the trees are starting to get leaves.
Will be taking it back in for more testing.

After about 9 weeks at the dealership and several "Kia Tech" attempted fixes, the problem was the rear invertor fuse causing a signal disruption . They replaced or tested every component of the radio and everything work outside my car on other vehicles. The wireless charging system was also believed to be causing some issue. I wish you luck in your repair!!

I have a 24 telluride and it’s been in and out of the shop numerous times this past year for Sirius radio weak signals with audio dropping out and no signal at all quite often. It has rear view mirror with camera. Dealer removed it and put in a standard mirror and the problem has stopped. Will be taking it in for a new mirror with camera next week. Hope that solves the problem
