Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I put together a website that scrapes all of the new VIN numbers daily and lets you search/filter them. I started on January 7th, so cars produced before that won't be on the site. I may try and scrape historical data but for now it's just going forward.
Let me know if there's anything you'd like me to try and add to the site or if you have any issues with it.
I want to especially thank MichelW for his help and inspiration based on his very useful spreadsheet.

See this updated post/thread from the new maintainer of the site. Not all older VINs will be populated into the site.
That VIN should have been made around the middle of May, and does it bring up a window sticker that matches your specs in the Kia API? If so, you're good, and it should be in transit this month. You can ask your dealer for it's transit status.

Question for the lookup website when you are searching by dealer.
Is that list every car that has come through the dealership, including vehicles already in the hands of the buyers? Or is it only a list of cars in the process of being allocated/built/delivered.
Just wondering what the list per dealer truly represents.
I’m trying to figure out if the car I put a deposit on is even one of those on the list. I put money down on an allocated one that has since been pushed to 2021

So the VIN lookup site in this thread shows most vehicles produced by the factory, both sold customer orders (by way of deposit) and allocated (unsold) orders. Depending on how old they are will determine their availability.
For example vehicles that show up on the site today have just been produced and will take some time to get to their respective dealers. Transit times vary due to multiple variables. Vehicles on the site from over a month ago are more than likely sitting in someone's driveway right now. Hope that helps

Its a long shot but anyone know if butterscotch materials were some of the supplies impacted from the Mexico supply chain issues recently? Doesnt look like theyve been producing many since reopening the factory. Of course thats what we're waiting on, wonder if we'll get pushed to a 2021 now. Its getting too close to call

That's the VIN they gave you? That vehicle would have been delivered a long time ago, and it would already be sold. Current VINs are in the 94000 range. 67000 was probably built around January.
