What is tire and rim spec? Looks good!Scott, I owe you beers my man! You saved me a bunch of time and money. Thank you.
Thank you. Those are 265/60 18. IMO, they looked better on the Telly before the lift. I liked the way they filled the whole wheel well. I'll go a little bigger next time. What is tire and rim spec? Looks good!

Yes, my installer used the extensions that came with the kit.Thats what i took away from it but couldnt figure out if it was decided that some type of extender was needed and if you use the bars/links that were provided.
Thats what im confused and a little worried about based on all the different posts covering this.Based on my understanding of how the self leveling shocks work, and how the 2" lift is done... I don't see how it would ever work well without extending the shock.
I'm intently watching this. Waiting to purchase the lift for my SX-P until this issue is resolved. In the last month, I have worked with two different Les Schwabs, AeroSuds (who installed the lift), I25 Kia, and Darren (owner of Truxx) regarding this issue.
Our working hypothesis is that the lift kit is compatible with all Tellurides with standard shocks, but NOT those with the self levelling shocks that come with the tow package. For these, the rear will sag 1-2" (when measured from ground to bottom of fender at front and rear tires). In my case, it took a few weeks after installation for it to occur.
The good news is that Darren is designing a strut extender to resolve the issue. He does not have an ETA on when it will be available.
I am keeping a close eye on this and will keep this thread updated as news develops.
Feel free to chime in on whether your experience fits this hypothesis. If you have the lift kit installed on a vehicle with self levelling shocks and it's still level (< .5" sagging), let us know which shocks you have (perhaps we have to modify the hypothesis if there are different shocks involved). In my case the model number was clearly visible when I peeked under the car (55367-S9000).
Same. I am thinking of buying right now just because its on sale. Not sure how long it will stay on sale. Maybe buy and just hold it until its all figured out. Truxxx emailed me this morning saying not sure what all the talk/concern is and as long as the directions are followed, there will be no issue. But then i see these posts. I have a 2021 sx p nightfall. I want to keep the nightfall 20” rims. I want the same set up/look as twincam23I'm intently watching this. I wonder if i was to buy the kit now to get while still on sale and just hold in to it, would they throw the new piece in later after its figured out.Darren from Truxx must not have communicated the latest news to his staff. I have a text response from him from April 21 acknowledging that he is working on the strut extension. If I were you, I would hold off (I'm assuming you have the self levelling shocks).
