Did you try the UVO support line? They've been really helpful with me.Called Kia with my issue and they said they can't troubleshoot the issue and to take it to a dealer.
New one for me. I searched but didn't see this exact issue referenced in other threads (maybe I missed it though). Wondering if any others have seen it.
I'm still in my trial period for UVO. When I try to set any navigation destination, I get the popup message below under a UVO banner. It's unable to find a route for me. This started three days ago and has been persistent regardless of my location or the destination I try to use. UVO seems to be working properly otherwise (I can use the app to lock/unlock the car, send voice text messages, etc.) Anyone else experienced this?

I downloaded the update package but it was clunky. The individual (tar) files are about two layers deep in directories. By chance were your files in the root of your USB? I have 19 files. Thank you.I updated the nav software and the nav is working again. I like the new nav colors better.

The new update is much slower to respond than before which really sucks.
And although it has been working, there have been 2 instances where it gave me unstable network error when using navi so far
I updated with the files in the root of the USB. The update ran two times, almost one hour. I lost almost all my preferences. Changed from miles to kilometers. Still can't find the way to change to miles. Kia should have more completely disclosed expectations. Negative experience. Miss the three panel option. My files were all at the root of the USB. Honestly, for me the update hasn't been bad. I don't much care for the new home screen, nor the full radio display. But, what I use as my normal setup is this: I have the map in the left two-thirds, and the weather on the right one-third. When I change radio stations using the steering wheel controls, the new station/song temporarily (couple seconds) takes the place of the weather on the right, showing me what the new song is. If I ever want to change that right third to show radio instead of weather, it's just a quick swipe up or down on the right third to change the display. That works well for me. I thought I would miss the three-panel display but I really haven't. Having the map take up two-thirds makes it much more usable. When I run this way, the purple color doesn't really come into play, and the "tube" radio display doesn't either. The latest update was a nice improvement in the map accuracy (at least in my area). I haven't noticed any difference in responsiveness. I'm using the Kia map/nav and Sirius/XM. I don't use Apple Carplay nor Android Auto at all. Hope that helps. Certainly read all the threads and carefully consider what you want to do. I did that, and before I updated I switch my "standard" display to 2/3: 1/3 to simulate what it would be like after the update. That helped convince me that it wouldn't be so bad.We have been getting the same UVO routing error. Don’t want to update either, heard a lot of bad reviews on latest update.
Huh. Well, I can honestly say I had never tried it, since I rarely have anyone in the rear seats. When I saw your post, I went outside, started it up, pressed the rear climate button, and started counting. I got all the way up to ... 3, before it changed. So, not exactly instantaneous but almost. No idea why it would take so long on yours. After clicking the rear climate button, it takes about 5 minutes for the screen to change to the rear climate screen (which is not as readable as before). Is it just me and instant for everyone else?
I am having the same issue . reset the modem with the help of KIA UVO Customer service but it did not work. Do you have the resolution for this issue. I bought my Kia Telluride 4 months back and now the Navi stop working since 2 weeks.New one for me. I searched but didn't see this exact issue referenced in other threads (maybe I missed it though).
