However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. What did you pay for your KIA Telluride?

Most Kia models have been selling at above MSRP, so getting one at MSRP or slightly under is doing well compared to the national average.

But really depends on your local market and whether one is willing to travel to buy from a region selling at around MSRP.

ADMs on the Telluride in the Bay Area and LA have been around the $5k-7k mark (for the most in demand trims/color combos), but prices have come down some ever since Kia boosted production to over 100k.

$55415 MSRP in Salt Lake City plus $2000 in dealer required fluff which at least included ceramic window tint. I did add on windshield replacement for $800 for 72 months. We've had a terrible time with debris on the roads here in Utah so I thought that was prepaying for a windshield and hoping for a few more.

Has anybody had luck in getting any extras added in if you agree to their financing? Got the agreed out the door price to be flat MSRP and now seeing if we can get something added. I've always negotiated a car down a few thousand in the past, so somehow feel like I need something in order to feel good about the deal.

Hey! Negotiating MSRP can be tough, but it's worth a shot. Try researching similar Kia models' discounts in your area to gauge expectations. Also, keep an eye out for manufacturer rebates or incentives; they might come in handy! Good luck!

Kia dealers in the PA/OH/WV area seem to be jockeying around the MSRP territory, but are also selling the vast majority of their inventories straight off the truck. I was lucky enough to find my ‘24 SX X-Line as the only vehicle that had (allegedly) sat for two days at Freedom in Morgantown. They did MSRP, didn’t push any add-ons, gave me about $1000 over what I was expecting on my trade, and I got in with 5.25% at KFA with excellent credit.
So what price did you pay? In dollars and cents. I'm happy to hear that it sounds like you got a good deal which is far from the norm here on the west coast. Some dealerships are marking up over 10k. It's pretty awful.

I paid $3k over MSRP for a 24 SXP X-Pro. $58k. The Tellys at Carmax the day I bought were at MSRP for used. Shitty tactic but they basically said take it or leave it and it was less of a markup than other stealerships and Broncos are $10k over. But in the end, it’s a great vehicle and I’m happy to drive it!

So both Fowler and Arapahoe Kia in CO alwsys do MSRP. I had a great time being out of state buyer. I paid $800 myself for it to be transported to my home. I did everything by email and text only one phone call awesome to work.

I paid $2500 off MSRP on an SX-P X-Line south of ATL. I was very surprised after reading these forums, but ALM Kia was awesome. I did provide the family and friends pin through my employer. And perhaps that is why it worked out. But I had been told by other dealers that the Telluride didn't even qualify for that program. So who knows!?! But glad I didn't pay MSRP or worse a few grand markup!

We are all friends here. Care to share the pin? 😎👍🏽

Gerald KIA in North Aurora IL. Purchased the 2024 KIA Telluride SX X Pro last night on Halloween for 2.6% under MSRP

DON’T PAY MSRP OR ABOVE PEOPLE! Stand your ground!

Well, I thought I got a great deal on a used 2023 SX P with 12,000 miles on it for $48,000 but now I am not so sure. I did get about $2,000 more for my trade in than I had been quoted everywhere, and it is/was falling apart so I didn't want to do a private sale! :)

I am in the SF bay are, and the dealer markups are all about $2,900.

Thanks for sharing! I'm considering going down this route. Mind sharing which dealer you got yours from and who you worked with?

2024 SX-Prestige X-Pro $500 under MSRP from King Kia in Maryland
I’m in central MD as well. Did they charge for inland freight and handling as well? Was $500 off offered up front or did you have to haggle for that? Thanks!

24 Prestige X Line ($2,468 below msrp and $1,000 dollar protection package included at no cost (clear bra, ceramic tint, all weather mats)

Did see $3,500 below msrp a little further away - but the UPP package brought me closer to that bigger discount - and would have lost 500 deposit so it all is good.

Where from?

In November 2023 we bought a 2024 SX Prestige X-Line for MSRP from Moritz Ft Worth TX. They did sell me insurance on the windshield and rims that I willingly bought above purchase cost. I felt best about the trade of our 2021 SX Nightfall (profile pic) as they offered $4500 over what I was finding in my region. I drove the 6 hours to Moritz FW for price and trade-in, as my region's dealers (Amarillo & Lubbock) were still going with addendums well over MSRP - along with less trade value. A pleasant surprise, for me, were Eric Waller (internet sales) and Dean Priest (business manager) at Moritz FW.
