Ordered mine from Jake Sweeney too. I ordered on Dec. 16, 2021. I have been reaching out monthly to my sales person (After being told it would be 3-4 months). He seems to be getting upset with me, but he has not been keeping me informed about anything (Even if it is to reach out on a monthly basis to tell me it has not been picked up by Kia yet). Still waiting to hear from them.
Yes. It has been tracked twice and just new eta was given. Apparently it is in PA (port allocated) status
So your eta was from here, not your dealer?
Dealer gave me original eta. Last week they said they have seen orders in PA status ship without changing status. They said they don’t know why it is taking so long.

No updates from sales here either, I reach out every few weeks and get the same old no update yet. last month he did tell me that they kia was filling November orders but I see on here that some say they ordered after ours and are getting vins already. This is by far the most frustrating car buying experience.
Without knowing what you ordered, that makes sense. Let's say a dealer gets 1 S, 2 LX's 3 EX's and 7 SX's a month. If you are 50th in line for a SX and someone is 5th for an LX and ordered after you, they will get theirs first.
An algorithm does that. You can get a historic view of your dealer by looking at failcat. The dealer should also know their upcoming allocations. It's up to them if they want to make that knowledge public. Your dealer has received 10 S's this year, where they have received about 80 SX's, 25 EX's and 5 LX's. Probably SX's ordered after you are being fulfilled before you. All of this information is available in failcat
