Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Yup, called in Jan, they said they are not expecting to hear anything until end of feb and that as well they cant guarantee anything.
Very true, they have absolutely no idea.Calling doesn’t help, they don’t know anything, unfortunately. We’re now 4 months into a 4-5 month expected wait so who knows!
Anyone get any news from Hendrick? A friend of mine ordered from Ivy and she texted him that it’ll be closer to summer (!!!) for his… and I ordered before him. My salesman doesn’t really give me anything. A little frustrating when other folks seem to know at least how many orders are ahead of them at their dealership.

They talked at length yesterday and he somehow found out there are 105 orders ahead of him (and I’m five ahead of him). We ordered in October. She told him Summer.
Not sure how accurate that is but it’s worth calling to talk to them and find out. Let me know what you find out. I was told Feb-March when I ordered so it’s pretty disappointing to hear I’m still 100th in line.100th in line?! That’s crazy. If that’s the case, then I’m right there with you. when people talk about number of orders ahead of them in line - does that take into account trim and drivetrain? Don't dealers put all the orders into the system and then Kia picks them up depending on production? Or is it literally a burn down of a list no matter what trim or features are ordered?

We ordered from Hendrix 10/30/21. No updates yet. I’m hoping for April but not holding my breath. Please do keep us updated!!

I just contacted Hendrix dealership and asked about them not charging a mark up over MSRP. They are cheaper than other dealerships but they charge a mandatory accessory package which is $3,389. Cheaper than the $10k mark up though.
