Went on the first night drive for me with the Lasfit; these lights are so bright. Wife and I love them. Is there anyway to adjust the aim; maybe a click or two lower. It’s something I’ll have to mess around with but not sure if the assemblies are adjustable. If not; oh well
There's a thread floating around the forum on how to click down the headlights. Search for "LED lights too bright?"

I had to lower the driver side headlight because it was too high. There’s a 10mm grayish bolt in the back of the unit. Pretty noticeable. Play around with it to adjust the height you want.

I purchased the 1157-R LASFIT LED bulbs for my brake lights. I installed them tonight and both of them were flickering when the vehicle running. They also seemed loose while in the socket. I could move the bulb with my fingers and it would turn them on and off. I will be returning these bulbs to Amazon. Does anyone have another recommendation for LED brake light bulbs?

Hmm. That's weird. Mine have been working perfectly fine. It sounds like your connection is loose as you should not be able to move the bulbs once locked in.

If you look at my initial post, the amber front signal lights *should* also work for brake lights when ordered in Red. There's also a set of brake lights from Headlight Revolution that I was eyeing if the LASFIT did not end up working out for me.

I know reading your previous posts you couldn't, but is there any way you could get a side by side, night shot comparison of the rear lights on and then with the brakes being depressed?

Has anyone else noticed a big difference in backup camera image quality after switching the reverse lights to LED? Did it make enogh of a difference to justify the work of having to remove the back panel?

My wife and I both did.

My wife and I both did.
Follow the install pics from a previous thread for the panel removal, but its pretty simple even if you are not a gear head.

Just completed LED upgrades across all the lights on my S Trim and confirmed that it all functions without error codes and hyperflash.

tl;dr
- Front lights changed includes 1) Headlamps, 2) Turn Signal, 3) Side Marker
- Rear lights changed includes: 4) License Plate, 5) Back Up / Reverse, 6) Tail, 7) Brakes, 8) Side Marker, 9) Rear Turn Signal
- Total cost was just over $200, and about 2 to 2.5 hours of work (excluding failure to find the right bulbs)
- On hindsight, I would have not done the side markers (little visual difference) and the rear turn signal (really difficult to install)

Thought I'd document my entire journey here to make it easy for others who might want to embark on a similar journey. Each section includes:
a) LED Bulb Purchased + Cost
b) Ease of Installation
c) Installation Guide
d) My Personal Take
e) Before / After Image

----------------------

1. Headlamps
a) LED Used: 9005 LASFIT headlights from Amazon ($54.99)
b) Ease of Installation: 5-10 mins
c) Installation Guide: LASFIT YouTube
d) Hot Take: No issue with hyperflash or error codes, would def start with this install as it gives the greatest bang for your buck (visually and ease of installation)
e) Left - Original Halogen, Right - LED

2. Front Turn Signal
a) LED Used: 1157-A Everbright from Amazon ($16.99); H/T: Cacalon on this forum
b) Ease of Installation: 10-15 mins
c) Installation Guide: LASFIT YouTube
d) Hot Take: Use an adjustable wrench to get leverage to twist out the housing
e) Left - Original Halogen, Right - LED

3. Front Side Marker
a) LED Used: 194 LASFIT from Amazon ($10.94)
b) Ease of Installation: 10-15 mins
c) Installation Guide: H/T Jazzyone
d) Hot Take: Lowest bang for the buck with very limited visual difference (hence the lack of photos)

4. License Plate
a) LED Used: 194 LASFIT from Amazon ($8.89)
b) Ease of Installation: 5 mins
c) Installation Guide: LASFIT YouTube
d) Hot Take: Easiest installation
e) Left - LED, Right - Original Halogen

5. Backup / Reverse
a) LED Used: 912 Auxito from Amazon ($13.99)
b) Ease of Installation: 20-25 mins
c) Installation Guide: LASFIT YouTube
d) Hot Take: It looks more intimidating than it actually is. The visual difference does justify the work required, imo
e) Left - LED, Right - Original Halogen

6. Tail
a) LED Used: 1157-R 2 sets of Oxilam on Amazon ($16.99 per set)
b) Ease of Installation: 10-15 mins
c) Installation Guide: H/T itsal
d) Hot Take: Tail lights were easy to change out as part of the "Tail Lamp Assembly" that includes the next 2 lights (Brake and Rear Marker).
e) Left - LED, Right - Original Halogen

7. Brake
a) LED Used: 1157-R LASFIT on Amazon ($45.95); Tried ~10 different bulbs on Amazon in the <$20 price range and every single one of them triggered an error code. LEDs tested and failed includes: Oxilam (linked above), 1797, Vehicode, Alla, Phinlion, Auxlight, Auxito, iBrightstar, Luyed, Katur)
b) Ease of Installation: (included in Tail lamp install); Caveat that finding a bulb that worked without triggering error codes was the single most difficult part of replacing this light and took me a full month of back and forth.
c) Installation Guide: H/T itsal
d) Hot Take: Invest in a CANBUS / Error Free bulb as this was the most problematic bulb by far. Luckily this was by far the easiest bulb to swap in and out to test!
e) Left - LED, Right - Original Halogen

8. Rear Marker
a) LED Used: 194 LASFIT on Amazon ($10.94)
b) Ease of Installation: (included in Tail lamp install)
c) Installation Guide: H/T itsal
d) Hot Take: Similar to Front Marker, the visual difference is minimal and you'd be swapping out for completeness sake, not for any actual benefits.

9. Rear Turn Signal
a) LED Used: 1157-R Oxilam on Amazon ($16.99)
b) Ease of Installation: 45-60 mins. By far the most difficult to switch out.
c) Installation Guide: H/T firedawg
d) Hot Take: This was REALLY difficult to install and had to be done almost entirely by touch and feel. The screws you have to remove to access the driver side lights are really difficult to remove. I personally would not have done it if not for the time I had already invested and my OCD to complete the project. Use a adjustable wrench to get some leverage to turn the housing, and leave this for last to get familiar with how to install 1157 bulbs by practicing on the other bulbs. I'd also consider installing each bulb in a separate session to avoid driving yourself crazy!
e) Left - LED, Right - Original Halogen

So, I’ll preface with this might be a dumb question, but the linked lights say high beams....does that matter?

The Telluride only uses 1 bulb for both regular and hi beam. Ive also not had any issues, so think you should be good :)

Me either; I installed the same bulbs and haven’t had any issues

Thank you for this post! Thankfully, the 2021 EX Premium Tellurides come with LED headlights, but my license plate lights were still halogen so I just replaced those yesterday.

I just tried installing the headlights, and they did not come on and threw the error as well. Then I took it to a mechanic well-versed in led headlights and he couldn't make them work. I have a 2021 EX. Frustrating to say the least.

What headlights did you go with that did not work?

I have the Auxitos and they are really nice. I know they get some bad reviews from some on her, but they have been solid for a year for us. I am about to convert to the SX led headlights to eliminate the low quality halogen and upgrade bulbs once and for all

Converting to the SX, is that where you are replacing the entire headlight assembly? How much does that cost?

Well that also depends on how lucky you get on ebay, junk yard or where ever you find both intact assemblies with all parts. There is a great thread you can go through, EX to SX headlight upgrade in the search column, or just looked up member name Machtig. He is the one responsible for putting the wiring kit together to make it all possible on the lower trims.
Back to your question, I paid $650 for bothe headlights from a seller and then $350 for the wiring harness. It seems like a lot, but when we bought our S 2 years ago, the EX only came as an 8 seater and the SX was like Bigfoot, heard of, but never seen on dealer lots. So I am still well below what I woukd have paid for an SX doing the upgrades I want on our S. Next hopefully the LED taillights...

Interested to see how the rear LED coversion goes. I replaced the front halogen with Lasfit LED bulbs (work good for me, no dark spots with a adjusting) I just wish I had the rear LED lights. I am willing to bet if someone had the know how and a factory scan tool, the change from incandescent to LED assembly’s is a simple program setting in a body control module. From what I have gathered in other threads, the wiring harness is very similar for both assembly’s. I wouldn’t think there would be drastic internal hardware changes for incandescent vs LED, but I could be wrong.
