They have been posted before but so far my experience with Luther Kia in Bloomington, MN has been solid.
Going to hit almost exactly a year (2/4/22 to 2/3/23 (likely)) between order and delivery but the timeline is not the fault of the dealer.
Vehicle showed up the dealer with transit damage that they are taking are of, results TBD. Will update on how well they take care of it when I pick the vehicle up.
MSRP since it was an order. 1 "required" add on was carpet
floor mats, I didn't bother to try to negotiate since I may use them in the summers. $500 refundable deposit. $125 doc fee.
They had no issues with outside financing and were open that they couldn't come close to beating it (2.99%/60 Mo from Tower FCU).
They presented me with different extended warranty and maintenance options but were not pushy on the options at all. I was able to decline with no additional pressure.
TLDR: MSRP order, 1 year order to delivery, carpeted
floor mats "required" add on, no financing pressure, $125 doc fee, transit damage being taken care of by the dealer with TBD results.
