• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Kia Telluride US production stats. by trim and colors

This is great, thanks for the effort in putting this together. Would you be able to show how many delivered to each state? Be interesting to see where they are going, closer to factory, etc?

I see your are from Ohio. Unfortunately I see 0 Telluride with your specs in Ohio that have a VIN window sticker produced.

@Michelw do you have dealer visibility of the status of a VIN

When gathering all of this information from the window sticker VINs I have all of the dealers address and the state for each trim/colors combinations. Doing such a chart for each state would require 50 charts !!! What I will do is to produce a simplified chart for how many trims for each states. I will provide such a chart in about 2-3 weeks after my vacation.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. Agree, 50 charts is not needed, but your solution sounds great. Have a great vacation.

The only information that I have is coming from the window sticker VINs (which does include the dealer full address). I am able so scan for new VINs that are being generated daily/weekly if I want.

I have no information for the status of a VIN.

Does anyone know for sure if the last 6 digits of a VIN are the sequential number off the assembly line? I’m just curious if between the production number and the numbers sold if there is a way to figure out how much the average time from VIN to sale might be. I’m also assuming that number off the assembly line might not be a US VIN and may also include vehicles exported from the US.

I have updated my chart with the butterscotch and dune brown interior colors. I have also updated this chart with the latest US Telluride windows sticker as of 2019/06/18.

The last VIN serial number from this chart is 29786.

Enjoy.

I have the rarest Prestige Telluride on this list (not counting the ones with tow package). Ebony Black SXP with Gray Nappa. 1/24. Amazing.

I am getting mine on 7/19.... It is one of the 62....
I am late to the party...but feeling the frustration of AWD sxp moss/dune combo...no tow hitch for me...but with 62 listed...I feel like this will never get to me. I was told 60 day ETA which should have been this week but when checked with dealer again they had no further updates from Kia 😣

Ditto. Mine is scheduled to deliver on Aug 5th. It’s moved up by 2 days, but I’m not complaining. Better than being pushed back like so many others are. Orders April 7th. Time for the vehicle.

Very cool- looks like my Black Copper FWD is pretty rare!

@Michelw Do you still have access to verify scp moss/dune coming to Omaha Ne?

I have a black SXP coming to Omaha soon. They have been good at giving VIN and the price was right.
@Michelw Well sucks for me since I am waiting on Moss...I ordered first week of April...then was told order was accepted the week in May Kia stopped taking any more orders and was given ETA 60days. Called dealership for update on date since 60days is this week...and they have no new info...so now I just wait 😣

I called and talked to Jon and then talked to Marty. Both super helpful and have given an update every time I’ve called. Good luck

@Michelw Typo scp should read SXP sorry lol

Here are the last 5 VINs with prestige package from Omaha NE Kia (as of july 13, 2019 the last VIN serial number is 33214). The VIN with the 29173 serial number (dark moss/Dune brown) got generated around June 15, 2019 but I have no information if that Telluride actually got produced or not and what is the status of that VIN.

2459

I’m the Omaha oddball ordering grey nappa. :)
