I love the Exterior color but interior isn't my preferred color. However, dealer told me he had some clients specifically order Espresso Brown and they wouldn't have any other interior color and that this color will grow on you. I was getting it delivered in a month after my order and I am really impatient, so thought what the heck lets go for it.

Plus, my Subaru Outback 2018 Li lease is expiring in December. I am getting closed to $29-$30K offers from online dealers like Shift and Carvana. However, they will not buy leased vehicle if lease is expiring within 2 months. My Payoff is $22K and dealer Payoff is ~$23K to buy this car from Subaru finance. So i thought, why not make $6-$7K in profits by selling my outback in September rather then returning it at end of the lease and paying $1.5-$2K for tires and some other stuff to Subaru finance.

From where? Reason I ask I was looking at failcat to see if my order had been picked up. Looks like the had maybe pre ordered a few of that configuration? See i25 Co034. Good luck

Good news is, just today they showed nearly 2k new VIN created. So looks like they are moving pretty quickly

I ordered a 2022 SX (non prestige) Wolf Gray from South Dade on Aug 2nd. I spoke to the GM yesterday and he said that he would expect 2-3 months, after the previous salesperson quoted me 4. Good luck to us both!

Black Copper Pearl was my choice too with Dune interior.

Nice! I guess that’s your Telluride I see on failcat. Ya the manager called me said it’s 3-4 month wait. But the other sails personal said 8-12 weeks

How do you know how many you are in line? I ordered mine on June 21st and reached out to my sales guy last week and he doesn't have any info for me. I'm assuming mine will get picked up in August too but should I call the sales manager and ask?

I ordered on July 5 and hadn't heard anything and I expected not to for at least 6 wks. I had to call dealer for another matter and asked if any update. they said I was 7th in line and I should hear in about 7-10 days (that was 2 weeks ago) I don't have a vin or anything. Do you know what is failcat? or kfos? I see that on the threads but I don't know what it is.

Thanks for the information! I’m not an expert on these by any means, but I have picked up that KFOS The Kia ordering system where your dealership will enter your order, and Failcat is the system that your VIN Well appearing once it is created.
