. Lawsuit waiting to happen there if they change terms and are forcing you to use them or else you can’t buy a product or wait another 6 months. It’s called fraud. And KIA should strip their dealerships or they will be associated with it and ruins their reputation they’re trying to build. It’s bad enough they let these dealers go over MSRP. It’s a slap in the face to the company that many of their dealerships are preying on people when Kia is focused on building a new better quality reputation. When your loans are upside down in 2 years cause you paid $7k over and they lost $15k more in value so you just let them repossess it, it’ll serve the loan companies right though.

I have decided, even if they get our car in tomorrow, I will not give them anymore business other than the 1k deposit we gave them already. Their customer service and mark-up is complete trash. I went with my gut and decided to place an order with another dealer. This new dealer didn't call it a markup; instead it was more of a packaged deal. We ended up getting more and paying about 7k less still and with no deposit down. I'll wait.

If 90 days hits and they still don't have your order ready, you may be able to get your deposit back - if you raise a big enough stink. Or, if you're still within 60 days of ordering, maybe do a charge back on your credit card. There's usually a checkmark for "goods not received".

My snipe hunt just appeared in failcat. About a month later than hoped but can’t complain at all. Gossett memphis looks to have delivered in good time at msrp.

My guess is they use Rail to ship to the market and then ship via Truck from the Chicago Yard to the dealer. I agree that 24 days for shipping when they are charging $1200 is a bit ridiculous considering I had my Audi Shipped from a Mannheim Auction in ATL in 4 days for $500 (via truck)

I just got notified that our car is in (right at 3 month mark- 1 month longer than we were told). Unfortunately, I’m out of town so I can’t pick up for a few days.
As for experience, I think they were subpar. I definitely was doing most of the communication to get updates. But I know I jumped the gun prematurely b/c our house of 5 had already been down a car for a month . I should have just went with Hendricks since we have bought our last car from them but I didn’t listen.
