Order to delivery time

I ordered from i25 on 11/29 and was told ETA of 4-5 months. New ETA they told now is may-june timeframe and i was 54th in the line few days ago.
 
It's a festivus miracle!!! Ordered Gravity Gray Sx-p in Jun 2021. Finally got the call yesterday that I'm going into build stage with an estimate of Apr 12, 2022. If on schedule it will only have been 10 months.

On Failcat go to dealers menu option on top and use the Search bar for your dealer. The codes are on the left side or just click on the dealer to see their inventory. I think KFOS stands for Kia Forward Ordering System

Looking at your signature, your order was picked up in KFOS in October and your ETA is April? That isn't right. I suspect they sold your order and are getting you another one. May have a few options you didn't order...

I don't know. They told me the factory accepted the order in Oct which i assume means it went into KFOS. I was getting monthly calls from the dealer saying no updates otherwise, so dunno. Since I am in the mountains there is probably a high demand for it so the list was probably pretty long at my dealer which was the highest volume dealer in utah.

I ordered mine from i25 on 10/21/21. The VIN popped up 1/8/22 on failcat. It just arrived today or yesterday and is waiting for me to pick up.

This is exactly what I ordered but not AWD. You don't think it has anything to do with the trim package, do you? I ordered in October and its not been picked up in KFOS or anything.
 
I ordered on 9/20 and ETA is 2/19... the only thing is the wheel locks aren't added on the VIN I found in failcat.. is that something I
can add after? Or I read they were backordered? Not a huge deal I supposed... so excited!

Never heard of locks being “added”. May just come with certain wheel types. Yes you can buy some wheel lock lug nuts about anywhere, as long as they fit and semi-match. Amazon/autozone etc, hope you love your new ride! Picking mine up this weekend.

I got wheel locks I didn't want....I can send them to you for $20. Just want to get rid of them.
 
My dealership makes everyone order 2 accessories. Doesn't matter what they are. So I ordered the cheapest ones, wheel lock($60) and cargo net($50).
 
My Salesman advised his Sales Manager will have ETA on my Telluride later in the day on Feb. 7, 2022. That afternoon an ETA was provided mid-March. Does anyone have an estimated time frame of when a VIN is created?

I did not order, I got lucky and found what I was looking for just by someone canceling an order…. But from what I have learned on here so far, have you looked on failcat at your dealership to see if you see an exact match for your truck description?

My sales person gave me an ETA of late March on Monday, found my VIN this morning.
