Hello, I ordered my AWD SX in Dec from Murray Kia outside Philly and was told 6-10 months. Currently 25th in line. Any idea what their allocation is per month?

It's about 20 to 25 per month. But allocation goes by trim level as well. If you ordered mid December then I'd say the earliest you'd be picked up would be mid may. And a chance that you have to wait until June.

I ordered 9/30 from murray. I was picked up feb 7. I started at 71st in line when I first ordered

Thanks I just saw in failcat it was pretty close to 25 every 30 days for them. We ordered sx prestige with tow package. Looks like about 70% of their orders have prestige... So maybe 45 days is a good call? Then what, another 45 days for transit?

45 days is a good guesstimate, but if you just miss the cut of of being picked up in May then add another 30 days. From "pick up " to delivery its usually about 6-8 weeks. Lately on the higher end .
I'm almost at the 8 week mark myself. BTW their is a specific "murray kia order to delivery " thread that I started a while back that will have more murray specific info.

My dealer told me today that they expect delivery in Feb 2023 for orders today. That's in Georgetown, Ontario, Canada.

From watching failcat on a daily basis it seems like production has slowed down a bit, does anyone else think the same or is it just me? I know Toyota has stopped production along with some others but have heard nothing about Kia’s production.

Me either. My dealer is up significantly it seems also.

I wasn’t talking about the whole month just the past 4 or 5 days, it seems to have slacked off a bit but I could be wrong. I am just learning about all this order to delivery process. People here seem very knowledgeable and willing to help, much appreciated!

I’ve been watching my dealer for the past 6 months. They were getting 10-12 vins a month on failcat, but in March they got 26 vins.

Quick question. My dealership (Kings Kia Cincinnati) said my order was picked up March 17th. My ETA is 6/3. Doesn’t that seem like long time from pickup to delivery? I was thinking it was usually 6-8 weeks.

Order is picked up? (Is this when Kia acknowledges your order from the dealer)
