• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... SX Headlights

I have a 2021 Telluride and have this same problem with oncoming traffic thinking I have my brights on. I live in the Colorado mountains where I drive often on two lane roads so this is a major issue. It's irritating and dangerous having every 15th car flash me. I love the vehicle but this is enough of an issue that if KIA can't fix it I may return to the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I'm calling the dealer today to see if they have a fix.
Had mine adjusted, didn’t work the same, so had it put back to specs, which are govt compliant.

Ditto. My first few months were mostly driven by day, now I get to pick up my kid from daycare after dark and I get a few flashes every day. Hilly where I live, so it looks like I'm high-beaming people all the time. I honestly don't know if a few degrees' adjustment would help all that much, since I'd still be hitting people's eyes when going over a hill. But I'm going to try adjusting down just a bit.
Update:
Got a T60 Torx bit and adjusted a full turn down on both headlights. It ended up being too low - only illuminates about 30 feet in front of the car. Went back half a turn, and it was almost right, maybe a hair too low. I ended up backing out another 1/4 turn and it seems to be just fine, no flashes and illuminates the road for ~150 feet easily. So in total, only needed to adjust 1/4 turn down (clockwise).

A T60 bit is $4 at Lowes, not worth a drive to the dealer IMO.
