The filter for the Options on the website is not working properly. If you select just P or T, it includes anything with P or T. For instance if you just wanting a towing package and not a Prestige, its looking for anything with a T and not == T. Nothing huge but coded improperly.

It might be preferable for some to have this operation. You can use the production stats spreadsheet and filter as you wish because they are separate columns.

It's all well and good by me, I don't really care. I'm in IT and can see a SQL query issue when it's there. The "P" option shows all "P" and "P/T" and "T" shows all "P/T" so there is really no advantage of having the filter in my opinion. But again, really not a huge deal.

The owner updates it as they are able to. It's not automatic.

Muncie's got like 40 or 50 SXP orders (maybe not quite that many, but it's up there). I'm really hoping they get a good number of allocations next month to clear up some of the backlog. If you're right after me, hopefully you'll get yours, too.

I did, indeed. But don't get your panties in a wad over that. Jason, Lucas, and the rest of the Muncie team are actively working with Kia of America to fix the issue. Jason is going to the factory this coming week I believe. WIshful thinking, but I hope they send him back with a truckload or 12 of Tellurides

The huge backlog of SXP orders at Muncie is probably the worst in the country. Kia’s system is penalizing them and us for Muncie not being in a huge metro area and selling a ton of cars. The system makes it impossible for a small to mid size dealer to acquire enough of a hard to get vehicle like the Telly to satisfy the orders they have in a timely manner.

It depends. To St Louis? Probably a week or two. Check with your dealer to make sure it's yours. That's pretty quick turnaround for a November order. Good luck with Suntrup Kia...

You don't. Must confirm with dealer.

Yep, that's correct! Ordered in November from Suntrup. They said sometime in March or April. I'm going to check with them on Monday.

Good news. I ordered January 2nd, and my dealer just emailed me today and said my expected delivery date is March 14th! But, my vehicle is still not showing up in the VIN Lookup Website. Is it normal for the dealer to know before the website does?

Yes we see updates before the Telluride is built and generates a Vin number.. so perfectly normal
