What did you pay for your KIA Telluride?

In the process of buying 2023 Telluride SXPrestige XLine, Wolf grey in Illinois that was already in route to dealership. Finally found a dealer selling for MSRP after contacting two others that wanted thousands over MSRP. I call it the DGF (Dealer Greed Fee), they call it market adjustment. But I wasn't going for it. Plus I am asking for the military rebate of $300 which kinda surprised them after we settled on the price, so essentially this car will be $300 under MSRP.
All the dealers wanted $1000 down to secure the car. I am making sure the actually VIN is placed on the purchase order so they cant dick around with this process. Plus I put in a clause that said if the car does not come in on or before said time I have the option to cancel and get my money back.

thanks. I considered ordering actually. They say about 6 months for delivery. Not sure I believe that I worry it would take longer. I have a car to sell so I am trying to time things accordingly.

The dealer told me 6-9 months. They wernt wrong. My guess is the dealer closest to you is probably pretty accurate with their timelines pending everything goes smoothly

thanks. I actually just checked inventory in IL and found the exact one I want but is still pretty far. They offer on the website to bring the car to you for a test drive so I am going to call on this tomorrow. My concern is what if I ever have issues with the car, can I bring it to any Kia dealership or do I need to bring it back to the one who sold me the car?

You should be able to take it to any Kia dealership, especially if it is a warranty issue.

Placed an order for SXP XLine in GWP/terracotta at Arapahoe on 12/05/22 at MSRP and $100 refundable deposit. VIN still hasn't generated as of today after an estimated 3-6 month wait time.

Chris at Freedom Kia of Morgantown called and let me know that they had a SXP XPro in WG with terracotta that wasn't spoken for and required a $500 non refundable deposit. Deposit placed 5/7 and vehicle lands 5/26. $55,365 (MSRP) with $500 doc fee.

Yes we aligned on MSRP, doc fee and financing options before submitting the deposit, very transparent dealer. I would not have put the deposit down had we not landed on firm and final numbers once the vehicle landed.

Atlanta/Georgia - On Feb 11, I picked up a
2023 TELLURIDE SX-PRESTIGE V6 AWD from Kia South Atlanta in Morrow, GA for MSRP of $52,925 plus $600 doc (junk) fee.

With tax and title out the door was $57,105.

I had spent 2 weeks shopping, and no one would offer me MSRP. Everyone had a "market adjustment fee" or a bunch of dealer-installed junk (rustproofing, vin etching, nitrogen in tires, gas in tank, Monroney sticker on window, protective plastic removed by hand, etc). .

Finally found someone who would do it just over MSRP and bought it. Thanks to this group for the price details during my shopping!

I just got the sticker and VIN for my car. MSRP is $51,465 for 2023 Telluride SX X-Line V6 AWD add on were Terracota, Carpeted Mats, Glacial White Pearl Paint. out the door anti theft, fees and sales tax $57,306. Dealer in Fairfax, VA and ordered on March 15, 2023

What fees did they charge? Also why Anti theft? It's already on the car.
