However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... What did you pay for your KIA Telluride?

View attachment 3662
I'm in the process of purchasing it now. They gave me the $400 cash for being a military veteran, which I didn't realize applied, so that's cool. Several other customers here were checking it out as I was getting ready for, and returning from my test drive. Clearly lots of demand for the SX.

Nice. Congrats!!!

SXP AWD+ pearl white + towing + cargo line = 47815 - Costco discount + Milwaukee taxes + fees - finance rebate = 48985 OTD
Ordered 08/31/19 thru Napleton kia Elgin Illinois
Deal was done via email and phone
Now I wait lol!

I ordered mine today! Ended up going with the Moss w/Dune Brown SX w/Prestige AWD, $46,215 out the door w/the following accessories at no cost: Illuminated scuff plates, all weather mats w/trunk liner, cargo net, rear bumper protection, and side steps at dealer cost. The rebates I got were the 1000 competitor and 400 military off MSRP. Not much of a discount and I shopped 8 dealers, most had the vehicle priced at an average 5k above MSRP when I see those side stickers I walk away. I did not pay tax as I'm a disable vet in GA. 1.9 @ 60. The nice thing is that the dealer is letting me drive a Sorento SX while the order comes in which is roughly 60 days away.

A new member here, just an hour old. can you please ask your dealership if they have a branch here in Dallas, Texas please. Thanks.

Just purchased a new Snow White/Black SX-AWD Prestige yesterday from Weseloh Kia in Carlsbad, CA.

MSRP $47, 295 including destination
Dealer added $995 paint protection and $595 Identifier (anti-theft)
Wasn't really interested in either add on and let them know that so they knocked off 30% on their add-ons
Was able to get the $1500 finance incentive (Financing what they told me was the minimum I could, $10,000 at 2.9%. Our plan is to pay it off on the 4th payment)
Ultimately with the $1500 incentive and the $500 off their add ons I felt like I was ultimately below MSRP so I took the deal
My guess is I could have saved a bit in the next 6 months but this was the color combination my family liked the best (We prefer gray interior but have 3 kids)
Thanks to everyone who shared their experience on this forum. I would recommend this dealership as the car buying experience was fairly painless.
They have a few other Tellurides in stock and there price point seems reasonable for the market demand.

Please can you ask your dealership if they have a branch here in Dallas Texas, or Forth Worth Texas.
Thanks.

They are an independently owned dealership without any sister dealerships out of the area. You can always find a vehicle you like anywhere, negotiate a deal, and have the vehicle shipped to you in the DFW area. Good luck....

Try Huffhines in McKinney or Central Kia in Plano. Huffhines also has one in Corinth. Veerendra Kaja (Huffines McKinney) (813)450-8836

How old the car must be to qualify for the competitive program?

Why is KIA even bothering with the year of the car when clearly someone who never bothered buying a KIA now has a reason too.
From what I was told 2012 or newer

Very helpful. Thank you. I am in the process of leasing an SX-prestige w/ tow....my deal: $1,000 down, $46K pricetag, 3 years maintenance pkg, $700 per month. I do not yet have the buyers order b/c there is no VIN but I paid the deposit and am waiting for the vehicle. Thoughts?

Did everyone hear about the cargo ship that is laying on its side off of the coast of Georgia... full of Kias 😩

Using a lease calculator available on the great wide web your payments are way high. I put your information in as: Selling price $46K down payment $1K and used average residual of $28K for 3 year lease at money factor of .0013 or 3% interest your monthly payments came to $557. If you raise the money factor or interest to 5% the payments go to $619 per month.

To get close to your $700 per month I had to use low residual and above 5% interest.

The way I see it the Telluride should have average or above residual. I even tried the high residual just for the heck of it and with the 3% money factor your at $475 per month and if you raise the money factor to 5% interest equivalent your at $539 per month.

To figure money factors you take the money factor they are using and multiply by 2400 and that will give you the equivalent interest rate they are charging. To convert interest rates to money factors divide the interest rate by 2400.

How many miles are they allowing you? How much per mile does the lease charge if you go over?

You can lease a $55k Lexus GS for $550. Maybe the maintenance plan is rolled into the payment.

I think i replied to the user who was trying to help me with a dealer he's familiar with.
