Nationwide Kia is one of those in-between….I ordered mine at MSRP, but when time to pick up, I spent over 3 hours at the dealership (car getting prepped, Kia finance manager out so had to get driven over to their Nissan F/I manager to get paperwork done, etc. etc. etc.). For comparison, when I picked up my 2010 Honda Pilot with MileOne using the ”fax quotes” method, in-and-out in under an hour. This with a pregnant wife and the Pilot still on the car hauler with 0 miles. Also when I picked up my 2016 Accord from Anderson Honda when bought thru emails, also less than 1 hour.
@Hal before I went to pick up at Nationwide, I went on the Kia site and got pre-approved for the 1.9% rate (>800 FICO) and used the 21093 zip code to select Nationwide to get it sent in advance. Not sure if it had changed, but I picked mine up a couple months ago.
