TBH it's both the look of the Telluride (exterior and interior) and glowing reviews that are attracting me. Haven't driven it - only multiple YouTube videos. The Palisade doesn't do the same for me on the outside.
Whether it's the Explorer, an Aviator or a used Model X (we generate lots of excess electricity with our solar), I'm sure I'll be happy in whatever other direction I go. Good for Kia in terms of building what seems like a great vehicle that is generating a $hit ton of demand and interest in their brand. The only downside for them is that during this MSRP markup phase they are probably missing out on an admittedly small cohort of buyers (present company included) that previously wouldn't have considered a Kia, but will probably end up in another brand due to timing.
I'll easily pay more for the Aviator or Model X than I would for a marked-up Telluride, but like many here I simply won't pay over MSRP even if it is a great vehicle.
Tell you what, you get an Aviator with AWD and I will trade you my Telluride straight up when I get it.
