However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Good Dealer Dealings - List Your Good Dealer Experience

hello all, new member here. but have been perusing the forum since interested in buying a Telluride back in 2020 😊.

so found a dealer in VA that is doing msrp for 2023s on order, with 1k deposit, but $999 interior/exterior warranty charge required. I hate the add-on, but wonder if I'm being an idiot on thinking to ask around even more. since Metro DC area has markups 4k and above everywhere, this is probably best bet for how 'close' it is.
anyone know of other dealers in VA/MD that are still doing MSRP?
(I got the run around this summer on one in Baltimore. 3k markup for people out of state but didn't tell me when I asked in email)

thanks!

Northwest Indiana Kia offering MSRP on custom order? One dealer I went to said $8K mark up on ones coming in. Not sure if they honor msrp when ordering.

Any Northwest Indiana dealers able to order for MSRP? Was told Saturday that model I was looking at would be priced $8K markup.

Muncie kia No markup on all ordered 2023 Tellurides . I place my order last month for a SX-P , tow package in dark moss . I cancelled the Mahogany interior thinking it might be to red looking and there is no picture of this interior yet so I went with black. I live in Delaware. When vehicle comes in i'll either fly out to Indiana drive back, or just transport it back to Delaware for 800/900 dollars

Picked up locally from Phil Long Kia in Colorado Springs on Friday and everything went smooth.

Test drove a used Telluride in August that was marked up and Dan said if I was willing to wait, cost would be MSRP + $995 for their dealer package (pulsing light, all weather floor mats, door guards). Placed an order in August and Dan kept me apprised of the status- which was great because mine never hit FC. Got a call Friday morning that it was coming off the truck and he verified I didn’t want it washed- I told him I just didn’t want it going through an automatic wash so they did it by hand. We picked it up Friday night and it looked great- dealer plate frames but no additional dealer stickers or branding.

They gave me a decent value on my trade and there weren’t any surprises price wise. Dan was great and the finance guy didn’t push/sell a single thing. I asked for clarification on one warranty item, he answered, I declined and we moved on.

Very smooth and pain free experience - would recommend. I’ve included Dan’s information below:

FYI this is no longer the case- Would not recommend anymore.

Can you pls say what is no longer the case??

It’s quoted right above it. The dealership I ordered from is no longer selling at MSRP. I no longer recommend them.

looks like West broad, while they will order at MSRP, they still add on a $1495 'appearance' package -

"$1,495 Appearance Package, which includes our patent-pending Auto Armor Diamond Ceramic Coating.
Auto Armor, which is backed by a 7-year guarantee, protects your new KIA's interior & exterior from acid
rain, bird waste, tree sap, deicing agents, dye transfer, milk, makeup, coffee, etc"

the do have a $500 refundable deposit.

charlie o'baugh Kia in Staunton, VA had a $1000 non-refundable deposit and $999 appearance package add-on

gonna check out Hart to see what their deal is.

Hello all - I had a 22 on order that never got picked up. So now I have to place a 23 order for Prestige X-Line or Just SX Prestige. Any dealers in PA, DE, NJ, MD, NY areas at MSRP or reasonable premiums. My prior dealer is still willing to do MSRP as a special case but the communication has been horrible.

Any suggestions? Any idea on lead times?

Hart in Kia in Salem sells at MSRP with no dealer add ons. They’re low volume so you’ll be waiting around 8 months.

I’m looking for a good dealer in Southern California at MSRP, or nearby out-of-state, like AZ/NV??? Any positive experiences? Also considering with Fowler Kia of Longmont, per other posters on this forum, and flying out to Denver and driving back. What would you recommend?

I am in So Cal too and just ordered from Nicole from Fowler of Longmont, CO on Friday. All the dealer ships in CA will not sell for MSRP (no, I did not contact all 76 but I called about 30 and 2 laughed at me). I called some in AZ too. I had several dealerships said there is no way you will find a dealer in CA that will sell at MSRP. I said thanks, I found one in Colorado.

What’s the wait time or do they have them available to pickup today?

Does anyone know a dealer in AZ selling at MSRP? Thanks for the help!

I didn't find one, that is why we ordered from Fowler Kia of Longmont in Colorado.
