What did you pay for your KIA Telluride?

Went to the Kia dealer in Santa Clara CA and they have a $10,000 ADM (additional dealer markup) on the top trim fully loaded model. I didn't attempt to negotiate because I'm not quite ready to buy. Does anyone know when the assembly line will be at full production so that dealers will have to start negotiating?

I went to my first KIA dealership yesterday in Fremont, CA and they said markup was $8000.

Yes, I think all CA dealerships have a markup at this point. Some will order at MSRP (maybe Capitol Kia?) Hilltop Kia in Richmond keeps popping up too.

I test drove one today (EX model), they had 4 at the dealership I went to. They didnt seem to know of any promotions, I didnt feel like playing that game and said like me know when you can take 5-6k of the sticker. Dont think Ill be getting a call anytime soo.

So the window sticker for my white/black SX-P is up on the VIN lookup and I was aware of the $300 increase but it's still a 2020 model? I thought it would be a 2021. They did a mid (model) year increase? That's a shitty thing to do, especially considering I placed the order in 10/2019. Buying this Telluride has been a very trying experience.

Just looked over paper again I got screwed they upped the price on me by 3000.. too late for me.. first new car so was excited and thought it was because of the payoff for the trade in.. I know for next time.. best believe it will not happen again.. no wonder why they was willing to go in half of 500 for the rails on top. I feel stupid.

I reserved my Telluride on Saturday. Lou Fusz in St. Louis, AWD S model, $38,000 MSRP with a few extras. Should have on the lot first week of April.

Well let me say I am happy although I didn't get a traditional deal as with other vehicles i've bought. So I ordered an EX in mid-December. Only options were carpet pads and premium paint. At the end of February I noticed dealer inventory had EX but with tow attachment also. Called them they said it was mine (even though i didn't order tow attachment). Don't really know if was or wasn't. They gave me for MSRP which was 39. 6. Of interest, they had one of those sidestickers with a total price of 52. Ok, i was happy with 39.6. Then they added dealer prep of 900. Now i Did noticed they tinted the front windows nothing else. Ok, i am happy to have the vehicle. It is great!

I was in the market for a low end Telluride, so was looking for an LX. Simply couldn't get over the fact they wouldn't even bargain a bit on the price.

Had a great salesman who kept my number; he got 2020 S FWD trade-in arrive with 5500 miles. I left with it for $33,700 (plus taxes and tags). I don't think it quite covers 1st-purchase depreciation, but it's a trim line above what I had intended to purchase, it got me out the door for less that I had intended to spend, and I love it.

Test drove SX on Saturday— very nice. 2 dealers near me charging $5k over MSRP and 2 are not — I will be of course buying from either one that does not have the mark up. I am not in a hurry and I have a feeling with what’s going on with the virus if I hold out for a few weeks they will have some incentives and I can get a great deal !

Wouldn't be surprised if the KIA April incentives exclude the Telluride bc they're already backlogged with "sold" orders still waiting to be built, which will eventually turn into 2021 orders. Let's hope not tho but we'll see how KIA responds to the new market with this virus

So my Telluride came in yesterday and I'm picking it up tomorrow. Ordered a white SXP with Dune interior. It came in with black interior. I'm still pissed but I'm getting over it. Black Napa is nice too. I just prefer the brown seating with black headliner. Gave me 3 years of oil changes and lifetime state inspections to make amends. Big whoop! The hype around this car puts buyers at a disadvantage. My dealer's attitude is "If you don't take it, I'll sell it in a day for $5k over MSRP." So I have no leverage. Excited that the wait is finally over. Pics tomorrow.
